Falen sees her work as part of her contribution to the community within which she lives.

She was born and raised in Lusaka and moved to Australia to study dentistry at Melbourne University. She then worked in a private practice for 12 years and has created great friendships through that.

She enjoys seeing the confidence and pride of patients in themselves when they have completed treatment. She has a keen interest implant dentistry and has completed training with Straumann at Melbourne University in 2017.

In her spare time she enjoys pilates, baking and spending time with her young daughter. Community development and service are important to her and she tries to get involved in volunteer opportunities whenever possible.
